Beef – this would be one meat that I have honestly struggled with when cooking – too tough, too bland, too dry, overcooked…you name it, I have had the excuse for it and every reason to avoid it (except for Scotch Fillet)!
Recently I have jumped back on the beef wagon – we bought a Webber wood smoker over Christmas, and have been experimenting with a combination of both the smoker and slow cooker and the results have been somewhat impressive (much to my amazement!).
