I think this would be one of the easiest meats to cook with – and its so versatile – from stewing, frying, roasting, baking, on the barbecue, smoking, steaming, poaching…so many ideas!

So, here’s the start of my favourite chicken recipes.  Keep in mind that you can use the whole chook (I don’t recommend eating the feathers though!).
